Minerals are key to a healthy life.

You will receive a gentle, education-based first session designed to help you understand mineral patterns and how they influence stress, energy, and overall system balance.  An extensive but simple questionnaire is sent for your completion.  After it's return, it is compiled to create your assessment and you will be contacted to schedule your review appointment.

After your mineral assessment, follow-up sessions focus on integration, education, and system level support.  These sessions build on what we've already learned about you together and focus  on reviewing body-based information and mapping supportive wellness routes using non-diagnosis observation techniques.  Through gentle bodywork, movement review, and pattern observation, we explore how the body is currently communicating through physical indicators such as tension or holding patterns, reflex responses, movement feedback, and visual and structural cues.  The goal is to identify areas where the body may be compensating, holding stress, or seeing additional support, and to translate those observation into practical, educational guidance for improved wellness.  These sessions may include:

• Reflex-based techniques
• Iridology-informed pattern observations
• Aromatherapy for regulation and integration
• Naturopathic health and nutritional support
• Muscle testing
• Energy techniques

Sessions are education based, supportive, and non-diagnostic.  They do not diagnose or treat medical conditions, but help people better understand their bodies and make informed wellness choices for themselves.
